Nice Turkish food, good portions, nice staff. I really recommend it.

The restaurant has 2 new managing directors and will be opened under a new name on February 28th. 😁 The name is "Orient Palace" To be found on Facebook and Instagram.

Was open for a couple of months, has long been closed. Smells very strongly of money laundering there. The number of reviews for a restaurant in Bad Nauheim is very, very unusual for the short time. Not recommendable.

Unfortunately we were disappointed after our second visit :( We thought we would try it again but unfortunately we felt uncomfortable all around again The service is very insecure and does not respond to the requests, it was said three times "Turkish tea" and it came a "green tea" Auf. Upon request, I had ordered a Turkish tea, came an unfriendly answer that there is none! (Why can not you communicate before instead of bringing anything) !? The salad was not quite as fresh and the food itself was not about, especially since it is not the cracker taste. You do not get an invoice, the amount was simply said, no response on request! The toilets are well maintained!

The food is good, but it lacks a lot. The grounds are neglected, the patio furniture after a short time unusable, salt sticks and pepper sticky, due to dull knives, the waiter is sloppily dressed but friendly. Toilets are clean. Obviously all family members without experience in the catering. Too bad.

Absolutely not recommended. No appetizers available. The salad that was served for dinner was anything but fresh. (browns, etc.) Of three desserts only one can be ordered. Rice sold out as a side dish. Sauce for meat only on request. At least she went home. Toilets no soap, no toilet paper and hand dryer without function. Staff seemed poorly incorporated. Spend your money elsewhere.

We were eating there yesterday. And of course before we read the reviews, some were good, others bad. But we wanted to make our own picture of the restaurant. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The staff seemed very insecure and disorganized, which is not bad. However, our food was far from good. I ordered lamb minced, which was in the end no tasty lamb but smelled of stinking old sheep and did not taste at all. This is unfortunately not possible! We are very disappointed and will not set foot in this restaurant.

Pleasant atmosphere, lots of space, very friendly staff, an extensive menu and delicious food that is freshly prepared. Also value for money is right here. Gladly again...

The worst restaurant I have ever encountered. Anyone who wants to eat rotten meat in my opinion should go there. Furnishings super everything else bad to the Gehtnichtmehr. In 20 minutes, 4 food were ready at the table, as probably someone cooked in advance ........ And so many (unbelievably about 10 pieces) blowflies, away from flying I could not eat, which was better. The next day we all had stomach cramps and diarrhea

The location itself is quite nice. Food was good, but nothing special. Portions are ok, prices but then for the above average. Service was friendly, but with only one service during lunch business quite a bit of waiting.

I do not recommend ... Were in March 2019 it was super ... large portions, tasty, affordable ... we had dinner with a family of 12 people, everything cost 110 eureka ... everyone was satisfied .... but please read to the end, in June I was with my wife, We sat behind two glasses of wine, we didn’t like that the staff came every 4 minutes and asked if we would be anything else, very intrusive. ... was today again, let’s say it gave another chance))) with a family of 12 people, a standard order .... meat plates a few glasses of juice .... portions are very small .... tasty, I don’t argue, but portions for 12 euros I did not have enough. We sat on a hundred, were not satisfied, and not well-fed ... Ale ... this is a Turkish restaurant .... something like that .... the guys went bad ... went bad .... Of 12 people, 4 children under 5 years old ...

I took a big group with more than 20 people and everybody loved the friendly service and delicious Turkish food. Mixed Grill and Kunefe were top choices for everybody. Their master Chef and part-owner, Cihan Usta, was great! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Unfortunately, the food on the menu is again out of stock. At one o'clock at noon. The service was completely overwhelmed, an hour wait though not very busy. Grilled then came Verbrand. Chef only has the phone on his ear instead of looking after his guests. That was nothing.

But HELLO! Super cozy restaurant! Very friendly restaurant! Price performance is the Oberhammer !!! As an appetizer there was flatbread with three different DipSoßen .... then a large bowl of salad .... the ordered main course ... and finally a delicious Turkish Chai !!! Gladly again .... when I'm in the corner again!

We were there last week. The portions were large and tasted good. Price / performance ratio is good. The wait staff are friendly and accommodating. We had reserved, but unfortunately our place was still occupied. In the meantime we got a Turkish tea served at the expense of the house. Inside it is very warm due to the "open" kitchen. But that's the only downside. Outside, although it is right on the road, is OK. One can only recommend.

Super great the food the wait staff, hygienic, parking, handicapped accessible inside and outside area very nicely decorated. Prices are OK for what is offered. Would recommend anyone who is close by and wants to eat nice. Have fun and good appetite 🥇👍😎

Very nice restaurant and delicious food. I was very peaceful, but I thought it took a bit too long, but we also had a new waiter, vll was not so well tuned and you have to deal with the flies, because other restaurants grab it too , Otherwise, as I said, I was very peacefull and the staff in general very friendly.

Very pleasant atmosphere. Service friendly and fast. The food was very fast on the table. Have not eaten so well for a long time. Highly recommended. Top restaurant and clean ...

What is written about the staff we can only confirm. It all seems stressed, disorganized and spread a restlessness. The coronation, however, is that one runs back and forth, tackles everything, scratches and tackles all the dishes. Then he is back in the reception and guides the customers. Then it goes back behind the grill the meat angrabschen. That spoils your appetite. Salad without onions, false alarm. This wish is not fulfilled, because the salad is apparently already mixed. In the meantime (after just under 90mins) came the food (wrong) and tasted grottig. Do yourself a favor and avoid this locality even changes the road side when passing. The prices are very salted because I could eat in Frankfurt in the steakhouse ... I puke!!!

Positive: - nice decor Negative: - very long waiting time (> 1h) - Customers who came after us received after a few minutes bread and small salads, while our table after 50 min. still standing empty - staff very inattentive; it was started to clean a table, you stop after the 2 plates, leave the remaining dishes, wait a few minutes and then goes to the other table to tidy up ... this logic does not open to me ... - The older waiter is very rude and arrogant - after a very long wait, wrong dishes were served and it was started to argue that they are the right ones ... At the moment not earned more than 1 star, rather not at all, maybe that will change.

Was today with 3 other people at your guests. Unfortunately, I have made with their inexperienced and incompetent staff very dissatisfied experiences Before all the gentleman with the blue shirt / green eyes and very weak knowledge of German is for a waiter quite cheeky. If you consider that the customer wants to be served as a king, this gentleman has been quite self-determining and annoyed with us. The food was not up to my order, and when I spoke it downplayed the waiter's "new staff," (An apology nonsense) I would also like to mention that for such reasons a repeated visit to their company will not happen. Will this also communicate as negative propaganda in my environment. If you want to continue your business and want to exist in this market, I recommend you to replace these gentlemen immediately and to put on friendly staff.
